Golf Influencer Paige Spiranac Shares Swing Tips for Women with Larger Breasts

Paige Spiranac, an American golf instructor, podcast host and former professional golfer who competed on the Symetra Tour, posted a video on Instagram offering swing modifications for women with larger breasts to reduce injury risk.[1][2][3]

The video, captioned "How to swing with some great cans," begins with Spiranac stating, "I’m here to help you." She advises standing farther from the ball to create space, tucking the right arm and placing the left arm over the chest area. After demonstrating a tee shot, she says, "Bombs away?!"[1][2][4]

The clip received more than 2.6 million views within 24 hours of posting.[1][2]

Spiranac, who has 4.1 million Instagram followers as of October 2024, has been increasing her social media activity after a period of reduced posting.[3][5]

In February 2024, she described experiencing a prolonged "funk" involving anxiety and overthinking, which led to less frequent posts. She expressed hope to return to more regular content creation.[6]

Spiranac recently highlighted a longtime commenter who regularly posts "great cans" remarks, describing it as a consistent positive amid online negativity.[1]
